From high-rise exemplars of Republic Tower (1999, 87 apartments, 36 storeys), Paragon (2021, 227 apartments, 48 storeys) and Eureka (2006, 583 apartments, 91 storeys) through to the typological experimentation of Phoenix (2014, 28 storeys, a narrow deep lot of 6.8 metres x 24.3 metres) and up to the latest development, Australia 108 (2020, 1105 apartments, 100 storeys), Fender Katsalidis will present Melbourne’s urban development and how modes of inhabitation have intensified and diversified.

Presented from the street view, this walking tour will start at Melbourne Terrace and finish at Australia 108, showcasing FK apartment projects along the way.
