The Hop Nation venue in Footscray is an example of adaptive reuse of an area. What was once used for traditional blue-collar industrial work evolved into a brewery and hospitality venue, and has just recently reopened as a jazzed-up beer hall.
What's On
Hear more about the history of the location from Julia of Footscray Traders Association, then listen to Hop Nation discuss how they revamped the place from an industrial brewing facility to a hospitality venue, then hear the interior designers from Studio Y discuss their creative vision for the final design. There will be time for a Q&A too.

This hidden gem is located near the Maribyrnong River, at the end of an industrial laneway off Whitehall Street in Footscray. City Edge Car Wash is the first business you see will see at the end of the industrial strip.
