Description

Designed with the environment in mind, T3 Collingwood has been thoughtfully crafted as an innovative and sustainable mass timber office building. Using Australian Sustainable Hardwoods (ASH) sourced from sustainable Australian forests, the curated timber design resulted in a 26 percent reduction in carbon. The tower, designed by Jackson Clements Burrows (JCB) Architects, targets a minimum of 5.5 Star NABERS and 6 Star Green Star ratings. Delivered by Hines, NTT, and Sumitomo, the 15-story timber building is one of Australia’s largest mass timber buildings

What's On

The T3 Collingwood team will offer tours of the building, accompanied by an information pamphlet. The tours will focus on timber construction and the benefits of timber buildings.
