Description

Umina, built in 1876, features bay windows, tower and a pitched slate roof. It has high ceilings, a butler's station and distinctive woodwork. The Edna Walling garden features lily ponds, wisteria pergolas, stonework and mature trees. The Country Women’s Association of Victoria Inc. purchased the property in 1948.

What's On

There will be small group tours of Umina, with Devonshire tea available in the dining room. There will also be old-school games on the lawn, weather permitting.

Tours running every half hour starting at 9.30am. Last tour departs at 3.30pm
Running for 30 minutes in groups of 10

No bookings required. Tour group capacity is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meet at the reception office on the left side of the building.

We have partial accessibility via a ramp into the building to access the dining room. Tours will involve steps inside and outside the house and some narrow spaces.
