Each pin drop marks a stop on this self-guided audio tour. Here, you’ll hear directly from hospital staff, project managers, architects, and artists, as they share insights into the design, innovation, and community spirit that shape the new Footscray Hospital.

At each stop, simply scan the QR code to discover more about ‘the People’s Hospital’. As you move through the building, look out for experienced experts wearing ‘Ask Me’ badges. Their badge and vest colours match the pins on your map, making it easy to find the right person to speak with.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a range of food and beverage options, family-friendly activities, and spaces to pause and take it all in. Visit the community centre for a hands-on family tapestry workshop. And pick up a kids’ puzzle sheet from the Open House Melbourne Info Hubs. Don’t forget to capture the moment at the photo booth. Bathrooms are clearly signposted throughout the hospital. First aid and a sensory room are also available should you need them.
