Description
Olderfleet is a vibrant workplace precinct. Its flexible design and abundance of co-working spaces has helped to fast-track different ways of working as Melburnians look to connect with their city and collaborate with colleagues with renewed vigour.
With its 40-storey commercial tower respectfully integrated with three of Melbourne’s significant heritage buildings, Olderfleet is a landmark workplace in the heart of the city. Along a stretch of Collins Street that presents some of Melbourne’s finest examples of Victorian architecture, Olderfleet connects workers with the opulence and grandeur of Marvellous Melbourne while providing a contemporary workplace that seeks to inspire, connect and nurture.
From the darkened entry portal, the atmosphere is established through a 25-metre-high atrium situated between the heritage buildings and new tower. Serving as the lobby, the atrium’s light-filled, lofty interior heralds the premium experience on offer, where the comfort and convenience are akin to a fine hotel. It offers premium retail and food and beverage options, including the newly opened restaurant, Freyja, and other signature bars and cafes.
Olderfleet is the first building in Australia to achieve a Platinum WELL pre-certification for the base building due to its incorporation of numerous health and wellbeing initiatives.
Developed by Mirvac and co-owned by Suntec REIT.
