Room with a Point of View
Explore the changing use of urban and industrial spaces, from the point of view of the buildings themselves. Blending science, performance art and architectural design, this tour features untold stories, hidden facts, wild speculation and complete fabrications.
What’s on:
A theatrical tour of several usually unseen spots at the University of Melbourne in Parkville. Participants will need to walk between locations and up stairs during the tour. (There will be minimal audience participation and probably no neon lit tunnel!)
Created and performed by the award winning Jetpack Theatre. Presented in collaboration with Science Gallery Melbourne as part of their pop-up season DISPOSABLE: a series of art/ science installations exploring creative solutions to our throwaway culture throughout August.
