Industry Lanes

Description

Industry Lanes is a vibrant commercial precinct in Richmond, designed for a new wave of workers seeking greater professional and social fulfillment from their physical workplace. The mixed-use development is home to over 2,200 employees, plenty of agile work settings, and 1,300 square metres of retail, drinking and dining space.

An increasing number of Melbourne office tenants and workers are falling for the unique charms and benefits of CBD fringe locations. With strategic locations close to dining and shopping, transport, parklands, and sometimes even home, these work / play destinations meet the needs of today’s workers.

Our architects will reveal how we made the most of this sought-after site on the edge of the CBD, delving into the suburb’s humble origins to create a place that respects the past while embracing the future.

Architectus is a Major Practice Partner for the Open House Melbourne Weekend.

What's On

Tours with Architectus Principals, Shaun Schroter and Matthew Smith, along with Associate Anton Hicks will reveal how the design team drew from Richmond’s humble origins to create a place that respects the past while embracing the future. They’ll share how the development successfully connects with the neighbourhood, creating a lively precinct for both work and leisure.
