Join us in making the 2025 Open House Melbourne Weekend unforgettable! We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with event delivery, engage with guests, and ensure a smooth experience across buildings, open spaces, and our information hub. After registering, you’ll be assigned to one of three key positions: Building Volunteer, Roving Volunteer, or Information Hub Volunteer.

As an EOC Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting event communications, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include helping to resolve any issues that arise and assisting with the flow of information to ensure everything runs seamlessly throughout the event.

Each position description will provide details about the required skills, responsibilities, and time commitments. - Complete the registration form
Once you’ve found a role that matches your interests, skills and availability, fill out the online registration or application form. Be sure to include any relevant experience or qualifications (such as a resume, portfolio, or Working with Children Check) if required for the position. You’ll receive a confirmation letting you know that we’ve received your application. - Interview (if applicable)
For some roles, we may schedule a short interview to learn more about you and your suitability for the position. This is a great chance for you to ask any questions about the role and event. - Join the team!
