EmAGN This: Hawthorn
This particular site has proven to be highly sensitive and as a result the design has had to work very hard on many levels to be realised. Currently the home is at framing stage. This includes a significant amount of fabricated steel work required for the unique form to the street facade. The tour will comprise of a walk through the current home under construction and an in depth discussion with the architect & builder about the complexities of both the planning, building regulatory & legal requirements this particular site has faced.
Architect: Hugh Feggans
