Good Design and Heritage Lunchtime Panel
Heritage buildings and places are loved by the general public, but as the world and our lives change they sometimes need to be re-imagined. Good design married with existing heritage can result in design effects that have profound impacts on cities and communities.
Emma Telfer from Open House will be joined by leading heritage and architectural experts in a one-hour panel session looking at some great examples and principles behind good design and heritage. Speakers include Sophie Patitsas, Principal Adviser, Urban Design and Architecture – Office of Victorian Government Architect and Professor Stuart Macintyre AO – Chair of the Heritage Council of Victoria.
After the panel conversation, stay for the Modern Melbourne screenings.
Presented by Heritage Council of Victoria.
