As we navigate balancing density in our suburbs, Moonee Valley Park defines new standards in 21st-century urban planning, offering a series of nature-led urban experiences within a connected 10-minute neighbourhood where every convenience is within walking distance from home.

Envisioned as a ‘neighbourhood within a park’, this landmark 40-hectare precinct showcases a revolutionary approach to urban design, where homes are set within a botanical landscape. With town planning and landscape architecture by Tract and architecture by Rothelowman, the first three completed sub-precincts boast their own unique botanical and architectural character, complemented by extensive tree canopy, diverse planting palettes, vertical greening, and the preservation of mature trees.

Moonee Valley Park is a joint venture between developers Hamton and leading superannuation fund Hostplus in partnership with Moonee Valley Racing Club.

Access a glimpse of life at Moonee Valley Park, exploring Tote Park, Stonepine Square and Maple Walk, new public art pieces, and take in heritage features such as the refurbished Tote building, the Manikato Memorial, and the heritage-listed stone pine trees.

The walking tour is suitable for children and includes a play space in Tote Park and some steppers through the trees in Stonepine Square.
