The tour includes 22–26 Gordon Street, a nine-storey mixed-use development that enhances the public realm with a corner pocket of landscape and café, all while reflecting Cremorne's industrial character through contemporary design. Meanwhile, 1–11 Gordon Street breathes new life into a historic factory, incorporating solar shading and a striking pleated glass façade, while offering a rooftop pavilion for communal gatherings. At 9–11 Cremorne Street, you'll see an innovative office tower that integrates a heritage façade with a climate-responsive design, featuring operable shutters for sun shading and creating an interplay of light and space. Finally, 65–81 Dover Street presents an eight-storey office building with a focus on sustainability, social spaces and urban connectivity, including a rooftop offering expansive views.
