The Evolution of Apartment Living
Over the past twenty years, Melbourne’s CBD has undergone a dramatic transformation. What was once a commercial centre has diversified into a bustling residential hub.
Hosted by Fender Katsalidis, this walking tour throughout Melbourne CBD highlights individual buildings that have shaped the status quo of residential living in Melbourne at the time of their design and construction. The tour will include the pioneers of apartment living, Melbourne Terrace and Republic Tower, Little Hero, and a visit to the engineering feat of Phoenix. The tour will conclude with Melbourne’s tallest residential towers, Eureka Tower and Australia 108.
