It is home to a community of brilliant scientists, equipped with the most cutting-edge instrumentation, working together to improve human health and the environment through innovation in biotechnology and molecular sciences, driven by multidisciplinary research and dynamic interactions with industry.

What's On

Join the Bio21 team in a rare opportunity to explore behind the scenes of one of Australia’s largest biotechnology research centres, with a free interactive exhibition of various research projects (in the Atrium) and guided tours of the buildings and working laboratories.
Meet some of the amazing scientists who make science interesting and accessible to all. Suitable for families, with a kid’s corner and simple science activities on offer.
