Description

Located in Fitzroy North, Fitzroy & Co is a boutique BTR project that offers a point-of-difference from larger-scale BTR offerings opening around Melbourne. With only 94 apartments, the building provides quality rental housing that combines the best of contemporary living and amenities with the individuality, authenticity and personality you’d expect to find in a chic hotel or trendy restaurant or bar.

Spanning fourteen levels, Fitzroy & Co features more than 1,000 square metres of dedicated lifestyle and shared communal spaces and amenities, including a co-working space, private meeting room, a gym and separate yoga studio. Level ten comprises a resident sky lounge, entertaining kitchen, private cinema room, dining room and a record lounge styled with a collection of vintage and locally designed furniture.

The rooftop captures sweeping views across the CBD skyline, with a dedicated grassed and fenced pet-park and pet spa. One of Melbourne’s largest pieces of public art, a striking 376-square-metre mural named Convergence, a special commission by renowned local First Nations artist Lisa Waup, adorns the exterior.

First Nations storytelling through art continues within the building, with carefully curated original artworks, many from emerging and local First Nations artists, threaded throughout Fitzroy & Co’s common areas.
