Open State: Dream Factory

Experience a tour of The Dream Factory, former Rubber Factory and headquarters of Lonely Planet. Learn about the changing nature of work and transformation of the building into a hub for emerging technologies, design and social impact from anchor tenant and co-working operator Inspire9. Architects Therefore and ample will talk about their experience designing FAB9, the soon-to-open makerspace on the ground floor. Finally, the team from FAB9 will share their vision of putting Melbourne on the startup map by building a platform for hardware founders, entrepreneurs and designers working at the intersection of design and technology.
