Morris Moor: INTO 70MORROW
+ Add to ItineraryDescription
For more than half a century, the former Phillip Morris site was the engine room of local industry, with around 800 employees in its heyday. It was a time when colleagues were like family, working together as a close-knit community. A manufacturing mecca for the better part of the century, Phillip Morris was one of the biggest local employers in the area.
Today, one can still feel the industrious spirit in the air. Today Morris Moor is a site where culture and commerce collaborate, as much a neighbourhood as it is a destination for business. Inspired premium office spaces connect with a vibrant hospitality precinct, nestled amongst beautifully landscaped grounds and open green spaces. From on-site childcare to curated retail, wellness, food and beverage offerings, every amenity has been thoughtfully considered. Co-working and co-warehousing opportunities are also available for evolving business needs.
The visionary masterplan and reimagined commercial spaces have been designed for diversity in businesses and lifestyle experiences. Celebrating a culture of possibility and innovation, it is the perfect address for future-forward companies, from start-up enterprises to established corporations.
