Description

171 Collins Street integrates the historic Mayfair Building fronting Collins Street with premium workplace, wellness and hospitality-led experiences to create a distinctive, connected destination within Melbourne’s CBD.

Developed by Cbus Property and Charter Hall, and delivered by Brookfield Multiplex (now Multiplex), the site is supports a dynamic and evolving tenant community.

In 2021, the building was awarded Australia's first triple 6-star NABERS ratings for energy, indoor environment and waste. The base building runs on 100% renewable electricity and holds Climate Active Carbon Neutral certification.

Join us on a guided tour of 171 Collins. We’ll take you through end-of-trip and wellness facilities, and our recently launched Third Space a concierge-led amenity that supports collaboration, wellbeing and flexible working.
