Fitzroy & Co is a build-to-rent neighbourhood in Fitzroy North that reimagines modern apartment living through comfort, community and long-term security.

Warm materials, soft landscaping and light-filled circulation spaces combine to create a calm and inviting atmosphere. Homes are designed for long-term comfort, offering generous layouts and quality finishes. The building is supported by extensive communal amenity, including a conservatory-style co-working space, private dining room, library, record lounge, gym, cinema room and sustainably landscaped outdoor areas.

A defining feature of Fitzroy & Co is its commitment to fostering connection. The tour will also highlight Fitzroy & Co’s extensive contemporary art collection, showcased throughout the building. Tours will be presented by members of the Fitzroy & Co team, with opportunities for questions and discussion along the way.
