Since opening in 1958, Latrobe Regional Airport has played an important role in the region’s aviation story. Today, it is one of Victoria’s premier regional airports, supporting emergency services, aviation training, business, tourism, recreation and the next generation of aviation technology.

Just seven kilometres from Traralgon’s CBD, the airport covers 400 acres, has three runways and is home to vintage warbirds (P51 Mustang) and military aircraft, as well as more than 100 general aviation aircraft.

The airport is also home to the Latrobe Aerospace Technology Precinct, which is shaping the future of aviation through enabling aerospace innovation, research and testing.
