What's On

Guided tours will be conducted by clergy, offering insight into the architecture and interior design of the cathedral, including its traditional iconostasis, stained-glass windows, and sacred art. They'll share the story of the Ukrainian Church, from its ancient Byzantine roots to its mission in the modern world, and the history of the Ukrainian community in Australia, especially its arrival and growth in Melbourne after World War II, and the faith traditions that continue to shape the life of the parish today.

Visitors will have the opportunity to walk through the Cathedral and adjoining spaces, learn about the symbolism of Eastern Christian liturgy and sacred art, and enjoy short presentations and Q&A sessions with clergy and volunteers.

The Cathedral has both stairs and a step-free access ramp. Visitors using wheelchairs or prams can enter through the ramp located on the left-hand side of the building.

Toilets are located outside, beside the Cathedral, and are accessible via a short step-free path.

Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
