Join architect Corbett Lyon at home for a live tour through the unique spaces of the Lyon Housemuseum, where domestic life and museum displays converge. Notions of public and private blur.

MacKillop Family Services
Meet Tayla, who grew up in today’s care system. Tayla talks about her history growing up in care during modern times. Only 26 years of age, Tayla grew up in the current system – in both foster and residential care. Tayla shares her story in a live Q&A.

A peak inside the RMIT Design Archives: a guided tour including a special viewing of the collections with Ann Carew, Curatorial Officer, Harriet Edquist, Professor of Architectural History, and Simone Rule, Archives

Split House
Join us for a conversation about our design process and the ideas which informed our design of Split House. We will walk through the concept diagrams, drawings and images of the house to provide an informative description on how we design contemporary additions to heritage buildings. There will be time at the end for questions from the viewers about the project or our process.

The Capitol — RMIT University
Step backstage and (virtually) explore The Capitol’s hidden corners with Peter Malatt, architect and founding director of Six Degrees Architects, and Professor Martyn Hook, Dean, School of Architecture and Urban Design, RMIT. They will even take you behind-the-scenes to spaces not usually accessible to the public.

This live, digital tour offers a truly intimate look inside The Capitol. Peter and Martyn will answer audience questions in a live Q&A following the tour, offering even deeper insights into the history and magic of The Capitol.

West Gate Tunnel Project
Join us as one of the project’s engineers commentates live on an exclusive flythrough of the Footscray Road construction site, running through the latest works as well as an explanation of how the elevated road-building machine works.

Wynnstay House
Debbie Ryan and Rob McBride, founders of MCR, will give a live tour of their striking and unique Wynnstay house via Instagram Live. The event will be followed with a live Q&A of the project and of MCR’s broader work portfolio. Audience members can ask live questions on the Wynnstay House as well as MCR’s broader work portfolio.

Join a live interview with Melbourne Camera Club members, Jane Barnes and Peter Walton, as they discuss how they captured ‘Rainbow Street’ for the ‘Shot in the City of Port Phillip Exhibition’, documenting the diversity of Port Phillip. Hear about the perils of capturing the Jackson St rainbow street installation, and how these photographers pulled off the difficult shot without the help of drone technology. Live Q&A at the end.
