Celebrate the best of Olivine Place and Gumnut Park with Oli Glows, a captivating after-dark experience that transforms familiar spaces into a vibrant journey of light.

Oli Glows invites locals and visitors of all ages to experience Olivine’s most beloved landscapes in a new and creative way. Whether exploring the light displays, enjoying storytelling sessions, or simply soaking up the ambience, this magical community celebration offers a unique opportunity to connect, learn and engage through creativity, colour and wonder.

What's On

Come along for a relaxed evening of lights, stories, and community, where visitors can wander through illuminated pathways and discover interactive projections inspired by our local community, native animals, and surrounding plants. These colourful installations bring the space to life, creating a welcoming atmosphere to explore and enjoy after dark.

During the day, families can enjoy creative workshops, including lantern making, alongside DJs, live music and food trucks. As evening falls, gather for Storytime Under the Stars with Yarra Plenty Regional Library, sharing stories beneath glowing lights and an open sky.

Experience colourful projections inspired by local stories, native animals and surrounding landscapes. Throughout the evening, atmospheric live music performances will set the mood, offering a relaxed backdrop for connection and enjoyment.

Children's Activities

Explore Gumnut Park Adventure Playground with friends! Grab a tasty bite from food trucks or Shared Cup Café. Wander over to Olivine Skate Park at the Olivine Recreation Reserve. Get creative at the lantern- and badge-making workshops. Join the Community Lantern Walk amongst the colourful lights of Oli Glows for a magical after-dark experience!
