2021 DIGITAL PROGRAM
Focusing on the central theme, Reconnect, this year Open House Melbourne asks us to reconsider the way we will occupy our city and to envisage new ways of designing and adapting our buildings and infrastructure as we continue be grapple with the impact of COVID-19.
This is the moment in which we can reclaim the agency for design in shaping the public good and, in turn, re-design our values, systems and spaces and achieve a more adaptable, equitable and sustainable future for our built environment. We hope you’ll join us and explore an exciting Open House Melbourne program – now fully online and available to everyone!
There is a rich mix of online talks, walks, events, films and virtual tours to explore – reconnecting audiences with buildings and spaces from across the City of Melbourne, City of Boroondara, City of Hobsons Bay, City of Maribyrnong, City of Port Phillip, City of Stonnington, University of Melbourne and more, which took place during during the OHM Weekend on 24 + 25 July 2021.
Plus don’t miss This Is Public – an online ‘speaker summit’ with an incredible line-up of presenters who explore new potentials for the future of our city and live streamed from The Capitol.
